All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay of more than three to four days. Please note that only land-line telephone numbers can be accepted as a point of contact when ordering. |
Delivery Delivery times vary according to the product ordered. For more details please see our dedicated delivery section. Delivery normally takes place between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. It should be noted that deliveries will always require a valid signature.
If the buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods or wishes to divert to another address, then we reserve the right to recover any additional charges incurred by us from the carriers.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by events outside of our control, in particular road closures and industrial action. |
Customer Satisfaction It is the aim of Trampolines4Fun to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your chosen purchase. We only supply quality products from manufacturers with a proven track record in this marketplace, and which are, where specified in the individual product details, covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of any problems with your purchase we will make every effort to rectify any defects. Please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of any defect as soon as it becomes apparent.
